“I would like to take this opportunity to let all know what a pleasant experience I have had with my dental needs through Dr. Jeremy Abbott.
 In June 2005, I met Dr. Abbott and his wonderful staff. I had begun grinding my teeth years before and the wear on them finally had surfaced into pain. My bite was off and several of my molars were painful to use. I was nervous to get anything done to fix the problem until I met Dr. Abbott.
Dr. Abbott assured me that he would do as little dental work as necessary to fix my painful problem. That is exactly what he did; he was gentle and was able to replace my crowns I had worn down. As well as fix my bite with very little discomfort! He was able to fit me with a night guard which will protect my new pearly whites from my grinding and prevent a problem from happening again.
I am happy to share my experience with Dr. Abbott, as I was one of the people who were afraid to go to the dentist. Not any longer, I want to take care of my teeth.
With the help of Dr. Abbott and his staff, I predict to have a beautiful smile for all my life to come.”

“In 2004 I was a victim to a vicious crime that left me with multiple facial fractures, lacerations, and broken teeth. The ordeal itself was traumatizing enough on its own, but the situation left me and my,  then fiancée with great concerns on what this meant for my ability to feel normal again with all the damage that was sustained. Within hours of leaving the ER, my next call was to my relatively new dentist at the time, Jeremy Abbott.
To have gone through that entire situation was hard enough, and doctor after doctor telling me what had to be done for reconstruction was emotionally straining. Dr. Abbott’s staff was brilliant at helping me recover - not only through their care, but also through their follow-up, patience, and delicate handling of the entire situation. After the dust cleared from the multiple visits to multiple doctors, I can say I have my smile back. The care that Dr. Abbott has put into me as his patient is something I cannot fully thank him for enough. My life would be greatly altered had he not have been able to help and reconstruct all the damage that was taken. My wedding followed three months after the assault happened, which speaks volumes to his work in that even my closest friends could not notice any differences.
Many things in my life would be different had I have lost the confidence in my smile. It seems such a trivial thing to speak to someone and be able to smile back. The small things we take for granted become apparent when you lose the ability to use them. I am appreciative beyond words in what Dr. Abbott has returned to me. My friends, family, wife, and I are grateful for his work and care over the years.
He has closed a wound that I hope to never have to relive and restored my confidence and ability to smile and move on. His form of thanks will come in the way of having a patient and friend for life.”

“What is a smile? A smile is confidence. A smile is a non verbal communication that reflects inner personality. When your smile isn’t what you want it to be, you don’t use it, or at least I didn’t! People had no idea I was smiling inside, but couldn’t let them see it.
When I first came to Dr. Abbott’s office, I was so afraid and ashamed. Afraid of dentist, ashamed of smiling, and afraid of being ‘reprimanded’ for my teeth. For many reasons, my teeth had deteriorated to the point of missing some, and they hurt constantly. My jaw hurt, and I had not been able to bite an apple in years. I thought ‘what the heck, I’ll go see him and see what he says’. My son had been to Dr. Abbott and highly recommended him.

He told me I would not walk out of his office dissatisfied, and that I would be treated gently and professionally. What more could I ask for! The day of my surgery was a non event. After all my worry, and my fears, I walked out of his office with a temporary smile that would soon turn into a permanent one. If I had to choose a few words to describe Dr. Abbott and my experience…meticulous, professional, highly skilled, warm and friendly…are only a few. If you are afraid of dentist, no matter how small or large your problems are, step out on the ‘dental ledge’ and jump! Dr. Abbott and his staff will be there to catch you. And you’ll be able to bite an apple too, just like me! I cannot contain my smile any longer…and don’t want to!

“When I walked through the door of Dr. Abbott’s office I was petrified. It was a mountain of years since I had seen a dentist on a regular basis. The staff was professional and friendly. My dental hygienist was knowledgeable and calming. We mad a date to scale my teeth.
After the scaling was done, Dr. Abbott looked at the work needed to be done. He actually set up a plan for my work and what needed to be done for the next year. My dental plan would pick up a significant portion, and then I had to pay the balance.
Michelle L. is the insurance expert; she will help you muddle through the murky water. It can be confusing but she is amazing. She actually went to bat for me a couple of years ago and the insurance company relented and paid!
Dr. Abbott has always been personable, which I appreciate. I was in outside sales for years and you need to sell yourself first, before the product. In this day and age if people like you they will continue to come back.
